Our
Story
Good people with a good cause making good change
Grow Your Good started in 2021 to serve community-led non-profits in the Western North Carolina region. After years of working in nonprofits, our founder saw the shared struggles some of our most valuable community resources faced. Limited staff and financial capacities left organizations needing support struggling to compete with larger, more established organizations. It's that insight that informed our decision to focus our work on serving these organizations.

We know firsthand that sometimes the folks doing the most important work are the ones struggling the most to keep the lights on. We know that every day people are out there doing inspiring work in a system that is not made to value their work. We're here to help bridge that gap.

We offer quality services with proven results and we offer them at an accessible price. We listen and learn about your organization, your mission, and your community. We then work with you to determine what services are a good fit for your organization's unique needs.

For us, Grow Your Good is about more than a business. It is about building stronger communities with solutions that center the voices of those directly impacted. It is about creating a table where everyone has a seat.
Our Mission:
Create stronger communities by offering accessible, growth-focused services to nonprofits and those looking to increase their positive impact.
WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING
"Working with her was a delight as she effortlessly captured our organizational voice, demonstrating a profound understanding of our mission. Destri's seamless blend of intelligence, flexibility, and collaborative spirit made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Her ability to work independently, coupled with a keen interest in understanding our needs, showcased her commitment to our cause."
Tausha Forney, Pigeon Community Multicultural Development Center
"What is best about her is that she is honest, direct, and succinct. She knows non profit work extremely well. Many folks "talk the talk", but then can't actually do the work. She does the work. She also is great with brains that are unique and weird. As someone who is neurodivergent in many ways, I never feel like she makes fun of me or downplays my accommodations."
