Hi there! My name is Destri Leger (she/her) .
I'm the owner and Director of Development Services for Grow Your Good!
I am originally from Lafayette, Louisiana but have spent the past eight years calling Sylva, North Carolina my home. I'm the proud mom of a seven year-old and a houseful of four-legged friends. I am a lover of all things plants, gardening, and nature (obviously!).
I am an avid believer of community-led change and have spent my time working with a variety of organizations to address community challenges including interpersonal violence, food insecurity, housing insecurity and services for the unhoused.
I enjoy working with passionate people who are looking to increase their organizational impact while creating work environments people want to work in. Innovation, efficiency, and collaboration drive my work. Reach out and tell me about what drives you!

Hi friend! My name is Bailee Lance (she/her) .I'm the Director of Creative Designhere at Grow Your Good!
I am a native to WNC and have lived here my whole life. I currently reside in Canton, with my husband, daughter, and a few rescues! I am obsessed with my cats and dogs. In my free time, I like to make art, listen to music, read books, or watch reality TV.

Working in management or non-profit positions has always been important to me. I have worked in a wide variety of human services organizations. And with a wide variety of different roles. These opportunities offered so much insight into how I handle business today.
I enjoy directing our creative and storytelling services because it allows me to use from all of my previous professional experience in one outlet. I know it can be difficult to develop your organization's creative direction in a way that communicates your mission and vision. But that is where I come in at Grow Your Good!
